Copley Hill Trading Estate in Leeds fully occupied following four new deals
Copley Hill Trading Estate in Leeds is now fully let following four new lettings totalling almost 40,000 sq. ft.
The estate, which is owned by Towngate plc, is situated within one mile from both Leeds city centre and the M621 Motorway.
Existing trade counter tenants include Howdens, Plumb Center, WF Senate and Crown Paints. The four latest transactions include the letting of 26,115 sq. ft. to national pallet washing company Packaging Services Europe.
The company, which has invested £350k in the building, signed a five-year lease and will create up to 25 new jobs.
Following this transaction national bathroom supplier Nicholls & Clarke has also signed up to 5,000 sq. ft on a 10-year lease with a five-year break.
Turbo Clinic, an automotive supplier of turbochargers moved into 4,000 sq. ft. on a five-year lease and the final letting was completed to internet gift retailer, Something Different Online, which has taken 4,000 sq ft on a three-year lease.
