Burger chain Patty & Bun reveals plans for two new restaurants
Burger chain Patty & Bun is opening two new venues in the capital.
The first is a 1,500 sq ft unit at 19 Borough High Street, opposite Borough Market and close to London Bridge Station.
Due to launch next month, it will be the first Patty & Bun site to offer customers a breakfast menu.
The restaurant’s ground floor will focus on a take-away style service with no seating, while the lower level will provide a dine-in experience complete with a bar and large, theatrical open kitchen.
Patty & Bun is also opening a 2,000 sq ft ground-floor unit in the new Television Centre development at White City.
Once the two new sites are open, the company will operate across a network of 10 restaurants.

Nick Weir, joint managing partner at Shelley Sandzer, commented: “We are delighted to announce our involvement in securing two fantastic sites for this immensely popular brand.
“Patty & Bun are going from strength to strength and we are proud to build upon this close relationship and work together with the team on their expansion.”
