Cezanne HR extends their HR software suite with onboarding and task management software
Cezanne HR, the leading supplier of Cloud-native HR software for mid-sized and growing UK and international businesses, today announces the release of the latest module for their expanding HR software suite.
Designed to improve the complete employee experience, from hire to retire, the new module “Onboarding and Lifecycle Management” combines easy-to-build welcome portals with a configurable task manager.
“HR professionals have long recognised that a great onboarding experience - which starts as soon as the job offers is made - leads to more engaged and productive employees”, says Sue Lingard, Marketing Director of Cezanne HR.
“Up until now, the challenge has been how to help overstretched HR and line managers orchestrate the dozens of different activities that make up a great onboarding experience. It’s a problem that the new solution will solve.”
Once HR has set up a task list in the software, triggering a new joiner process automatically notifies everyone involved, for example IT, finance or facilities management, that they have activities which need to be completed. Since tasks are tracked centrally, it’s easy to keep an eye on progress, and chase up if needed.
