Coco Fuzion 100 becomes Official Hydration Supporter of the Invictus Games Sydney 2018

C7 Brands, one of the UK’s leading independent drinks companies, is today announcing that its coconut water brand Coco Fuzion 100 has become the Official Hydration Supporter of the Invictus Games Sydney 2018, presented by Jaguar Land Rover.

Founded by Prince Harry in 2014, the Invictus Games is an international sporting event for wounded, injured and ill servicemen and women, both active duty and veteran. The Games use the healing power of sport to inspire recovery, support rehabilitation and generate a wider understanding and respect for those who serve their country.

Capitalising on the growing demand for a healthier alternative to sugary sports drinks, Coco Fuzion 100 will provide product, including drinking water and branded water bottles to all competitors taking part in the upcoming Invictus Games in Sydney, Australia from 20 - 27 October.

Coco Fuzion 100 will also be working with a group of Invictus Games competitors from the UK Team in an ambassadorial role, supporting their journey and creating content to showcase their strength and determination in their lives during, and away from, the Games.

Furthermore, for those looking to take away their own piece of history, a bespoke Invictus Games inspired Coco Fuzion 100 can will be developed and sold at retail. A percentage of product sales will contribute to Invictus Games Sydney 2018.

Coco Fuzion 100 is naturally isotonic meaning it is absorbed by the body more quickly than water, quenching thirst and providing energy. Coco Fuzion 100 offers various health benefits, including an increase in metabolism, proper muscle contraction, improved mental focus and physical performance.

Available in Mango, Lime, Raspberry and Original flavours, each can contains naturally occurring, highly-hydrating electrolytes, and has no added sugar or preservatives. In fact, just one 250ml can provides the same hydration as a litre of water.

As a key element in announcing the brand’s core benefits, Coco Fuzion 100 has signed up over 20 leading athletes as brand ambassadors. These include England rugby star Chris Robshaw and former British and Irish Lions coach and rugby legend Sir Ian McGeechan. Steve Barton, CEO at Coco Fuzion 100, comments: “Coco Fuzion 100 has strong ties to the military in the UK and this is a fantastic opportunity for us to support such an inspirational event. We are very excited to be a part of the Invictus Games in Sydney and are looking forward to seeing Coco Fuzion 100 help power competitors to success.”
