Anfield regeneration continues with new townhouses near home of Liverpool FC
Merseyside developer Mount Property Group has revealed plans for a residential scheme near the home of Liverpool FC.
Darmond’s Green Avenue, a development on Townsend Lane by Anfield Stadium, will deliver 11 three-storey, four-bedroom townhouses.
Each unit will have three bathrooms, a driveway and back garden with a patio.
North West estate agent Hunters has been tasked with selling the properties.
A spokesperson for Hunters said: “The Darmond’s Green development is much needed in Anfield and we have no doubt that it will be welcomed.
“Currently, if local people want to upgrade to a home of this size they have no choice but to move out of the area.”
They added: “These homes provide them with the option to remain in their community.”
In addition to its Darmond’s Green project, Mount Property Group has a number of residential and student developments in progress at Liverpool’s new Knowledge Quarter.
