Expanding education recruiter welcomes latest staff signing

Education recruitment specialist,PK Education,has welcomed its latest staff member to its newest office in Leeds.

Experienced consultant, Tracey Lynch from Wakefield has joined the fast-growing company’s newly-opened Leeds office as Special Education Needs (SEND) consultant,after three years with another agency.

Commenting o joining PK Education, Tracey said: It’s really nice. I’m enjoying it as it’s such a breath of fresh air. I used to run an SEND desk at a previous company where I built it up and brought a lot of clients in in a short space of time.

“It’s more autonomous at PK and I’m able to enjoy what recruitment is about; getting the right people into the right role.

“When you are in a corporate structure you can’t add your own input. Here it is like running your own business within a business. I’m able to be more focused and able to set my own goals and challenges.”

Tracey, a mum-of-three, said she had been impressed by the supply teacher agency’s ethos and appreciated how family orientated the company is.

“The hours are perfect,” added Tracey who has three children aged 12, four and nine months old. Outside of work Tracey enjoys spending time with her young family.

“I want to make my mark and build this desk and if that means bringing on a couple more people to work alongside me that would be brilliant,” she said.
