Famous faces conclude launch of Liverpool’s new Florist bar
New Liverpool bar and restaurant The Florist has concluded a series of launch events with a party attended by several famous faces.
The venue, located in the former Old Blind School pub on Hardman Street, is the latest opening from leisure operator New World Trading Company (NWTC).
Liz McClarnon from girl group Atomic Kitten, X Factor’s Marcus Collins, Big Brother winner Craig Phillips and actress Gillian Kearney were among those invited to The Floral Collective, a party rounding off three days of sensory experiences.
Guests on the night were served a menu of floral cocktails and culinary treats, with two full-size-in-bloom trees and other floral installations adding to the interiors and a DJ and saxophonist maintaining the party atmosphere.
The concept will expand further with a new site intu Watford later this year.
NWTC confirmed plans to open a 9,030 sq ft Florist venue at the shopping centre’s new £180m extension.
