New King’s Road showroom for home-lifestyle company Designers Guild
Home and lifestyle company Designers Guild has opened a new store in Chelsea.
The firm upsized its King’s Road showroom to create an enlarged home décor hub that will serve as a one-stop shop for its wallpaper and paint collections
The space, located 275-277 King’s Road, was designed by an in-house team.
The building is part of the Sloane Stanley property estate, which also hosts home and lifestyle brands such as paint company Benjamin Moore and French interior design firm Silvera.
Designers Guild chief exec Simon Jeffreys said: “We are proud to unveil our bigger and better showroom, it is the perfect backdrop for our beautiful wallpaper and paint collections.
“We feel very fortunate to be located in the heart of Chelsea on the ever fashionable King’s Road, where we enjoy huge popularity with consumers.”
Hannah Grievson, commercial property director at Sloane Stanley, commented: “The Designers Guild’s high quality interior design and luxury home furnishings are a great fit for the catchment and have strong appeal in Chelsea.
“This hotly anticipated upsize further bolsters the variety of products available and quality of premium home retail on the King’s Road.”
Property firms Miles Commercial and Savills acted for Sloane Stanley in the deal.
