Ultima’s Work for Beazley Wins Citrix Approval

Ultima’s work with customer Beazley, the UK’s A-rated specialist insurer, has today been nominated for a Citrix Global Customer Innovation Award. Beazley is one of only three companies in the world to be nominated for the award.

Ultima has worked with Beazley since November 2016 to implement Citrix’s hybrid cloud technology to create a fully-integrated digital workspace that has transformed the way Beazley’s staff can work. Ultima has delivered a flexible end-user experience by simplifying the delivery of apps, desktops and data into one seamless solution. The solution has also streamlined processes across the business which means support staff can focus on business demands rather than mundane maintenance.

Dale Steggles, Head of End User Technology, Beazley, comments, “Our partnership with Ultima has really helped us build a workspace for the future. We have been able to transform the way in which we think about a traditional desktop to create an adaptive, digital workspace which allows us to attract and retain the best possible talent. Citrix Cloud has allowed Beazley to deliver a fundamental change across the business as we deploy an ‘activity-based’ working approach globally along with improved IT security and productivity. We have also been able to reduce our investment in on-prem infrastructure and in other 3rd party technologies to allow our resources to focus on further innovations.” The Citrix Innovation Award recognizes the firm’s most game-changing customers and partners; the companies who use Citrix’s technology to reimagine IT, drive business growth and create new ways of working.
