Gibb Chambers, 52 Westgate Road, Newcastle upon Tyne is on the market through Gavin Black & Partners off a quoting price of £750,000 for the freehold interest.
Prominently located on Westgate Road close to the junction with Grainger Street, the building is within the central conservation area.
