New Warrington base for Caddick Construction’s North West team
Yorkshire-headquartered Caddick Construction has relocated its North West office to larger premises.
The move saw the building firm, formerly based at Olympic Park in Warrington, set up its team at nearby Trident Business Park.
Caddick Construction said the new HQ follows a raft of hires and contract wins.
The company founded its North West team in 2015, growing it since then from two members of staff to 31. It has secured 14 contracts to date, worth a combined £56m.
Ian Threadgold, head of Caddick Construction’s North West office, said: ’The last three years have been a huge success for Caddick in the North West.
“We’ve won contracts for high profile projects such as Liverpool Shopping Park, Q110 in Crewe and the Great Homer Street redevelopment in Liverpool. We have taken on a number of very talented people to manage this workload.”
He added: “The new premises will be a fantastic foundation on which to build further growth.”
Caddick was recently chosen to save jobs and keep construction running to schedule on Manchester’s £154m Angel Gardens skyscraper scheme, following the collapse of construction giant Carillion.
