Hertfordshire firm RMG boosts Northern operation with new North West base
The Residential Management Group (RMG), one of the UK’s biggest block managing agents, has opened a new office in Manchester.
RMG manages more than 51,000 homes in the North and has a secured pipeline of 25,000 units in the region, many of which are in Manchester city centre.
In response to its growing North West footprint, the Hertfordshire-headquartered company opened a base Canada House – a recently refurbished office building on Chepstow Street.
RMG’s clients in the city include institutional landlords, resident management businesses and developers, among them Urban Splash, Artisan and De Trafford.
Justin Herbert, director at The Residential Management Group, said: “The opening up in Manchester was a natural progression and in response to the growth we have seen.
“We recognise our customers want to see our managers on site and we have to be in a position to respond quickly to issues as they arise and the local office helps this strategy.”
