Management buy in completed at Sheffield glazing manufacturer
Allied Glazing Systems Limited, the Sheffield-headquartered manufacturer and installer of architectural glazing, has been acquired in a Management Buy In for an undisclosed sum.
The Sheffield multi-million pound turnover company manufactures, fits and maintains an extensive range of glazing products including commercial facades, windows and doors.
The MBI team consisted of Shaun Joyce and Philip Goy.
Shaun said: “Allied Glazing Systems has an excellent reputation in the market. Philip and I are looking forward to building on the firm foundations that have been in place for many years and are confident the business will go from strength to strength.
