Welsh housebuilder announces first Lancashire development
Welsh company Anwyl Homes has acquired land in Lancashire for a 95-home residential development.
The project, spanning around eight acres off Inglewhite Road in Longridge, is the housebuilder’s first in Lancashire.
Units will comprise a mix of three-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes, and three- and four-bed detached properties, ranging from 850 sq ft up to 1790 sq ft.
Planning consent is in place and construction due to start next month.
The work is part of a larger development of 190 homes, known as Inglewhite Meadows, to be delivered in a joint venture with property firm David Wilson Homes.
John Grime, managing director of Anwyl Homes Lancashire, said: “We are delighted to have acquired our first piece of land in Lancashire and we are looking forward to getting started on site, introducing the Anwyl brand and our thoughtfully designed homes to potential purchasers in Longridge and across Lancashire.
“The plans for Longridge are exceptional, and we are confident the development will exceed expectations.”
