JLL launches new apartments on old Lewisham mill site
JLL has announced the launch of The Mill Apartments, a collection of eight apartments by local boutique developer, Land Development Property Group Limited.
Located within a historic watermill, the one, two and three-bedroom apartments start at £425k, on Molesworth Street in Lewisham.
They sit opposite the Model Market and town centre. Dating back to 1828, the former working mill has been sensitively restored, and whilst equipped for modern living, it retains much of its original features.
Graham Lawes, director at JLL, said: “The Mill Apartments is a superb one-of-a-kind development.
“They are characterful, charming and just so quirky. Each apartment is different, and has its own unique features. They are all well-proportioned, and many boast dual aspects allowing light to flood in.”

The apartments have all been finished to a high standard, with engineered oak floors throughout the main living areas, and German kitchens with integrated Siemens appliances.
Although a recent launch, 25 per cent has already been sold, however there are three, three-bedroom apartments; two, two-bedroom apartments and one, one-bedroom apartment left.
Graham added: “Lewisham has become very trendy, and is home to a growing art and cultural scene. So, I suspect these apartments will prove extremely popular and will go to young professionals, working in the creative sector in London.”
The Mill Apartments are a five-minute walk from Lewisham station, offering mainline and DLR services direct to Canary Wharf and London Bridge. Residents will also be a few minutes from Lewisham’s revamped town centre and Blackheath Common.
