Newcastle-based Sitel, an outsourcing firm with a nationwide network of contact centres, has continued its growth with a further 100 jobs made available.
Since opening in 2016, Sitel Newcastle located on Quorum Business Park in Long Benton, has steadily grown and now employs around 800 staff.
It is now working with some of today’s most trusted, popular brands to deliver customer experience solutions.
Site director, Judith Mottershead said: “We are building on the success and effort that the local team have invested in this site over the years.
