Darlington Business Club teams up with The Northern Echo Arena
Darlington Business Club has announced it is to work in partnership with The Northern Echo Arena.
The new arrangement will see the club’s monthly meetings and quarterly events being hosted at The Northern Echo Arena, the home of Darlington Mowden Park Rugby Club.
The Northern Echo Arena is already a key supporter of Darlington Business Club with its sponsorship of the club’s annual DL Businesses Expo. To cement the new formalised partnership, they will once again be the headline sponsor of this year’s DL Business Expo which is due to be hosted later in 2018.
The partnering of two of Darlington’s most renowned clubs aims to benefit the local business club by attracting new members and meeting the objective of attracting more corporate members.
Sharon Hutchinson, managing director and chair of Darlington Business Club, said: “This is such an exciting opportunity for Darlington Business Club and The Northern Echo Arena.
“The business club will be officially partnered with an iconic venue within the region, and it will enable us to reach a wider audience attracting more corporate members.”
Lee Rust, managing director of Darlington Mowden Park who own the Northern Echo Arena, added: “We are pleased to be partnering with Darlington Business Club, it is a well-established club offering fantastic benefits to its members.
“With similar business objectives, it was a natural development to cement the relationship into a formal agreement, benefiting all members.”
