Carroll Build starts on ‘luxury’ homes near Southport for LPC Living
Building work has started on property brand LPC Living’s Birkdale Place residential development in Sefton.
Merseyside construction firm Carroll Build is delivering 10 luxury homes for LPC off Westcliffe Road in Birkdale.
The properties were designed by Southport-based RAL Chartered Architects to reflect a contemporary interpretation of the Victorian villas seen in the surrounding Birkdale Park Conservation Area.
The homes will be arranged in a crescent around a private parking court, each offering accommodation over three floors.
RAL Chartered Architects also served as the planning consultant for the development.
LPC Living director Simon Ashdown said: “We are excited to have broken ground with this boutique development of high specification homes, in such an attractive and vibrant village.
“It is rare to be able to deliver new homes so close to Birkdale village.”
Carroll Build MD Terry Carroll commented: “We are pleased to start the construction of this development which we feel illustrates our strength in delivering in bespoke luxury homes, we are proud to work with LPC Living to deliver these prestigious homes.”
Construction is forecast to take 10 months. Purchasers are due to move in over Spring-Summer 2019.
