Carlton Alarms, the Huddersfield-based intruder alarm, CCTV and fire alarm installer, has completed one of the biggest acquisitions in its 30-year history.
Established in 1986, the company operates throughout Yorkshire and Lancashire servicing and installing all types of security, fire and CCTV systems.
Charlton Alarms has now completed the takeover of Armco Security, marking its sixth acquisition in its history.
Carlton Littleford, managing director at Carlton Alarms, said “When Armco approached us with the opportunity to acquire their firm, we were delighted.
“It was such a good opportunity for us, fitting in perfectly with our continuing journey of growth.
“Armco are one of Huddersfield’s most established security firms with an excellent reputation which goes hand in hand with the service that we deliver here at Carlton Alarms.”
He added: “We would like to thank the team at Armco for a smooth transaction and look forward to welcoming their clients.”
