Summer arrives at Liverpool John Lennon Airport with new Blue Air routes
Blue Air is preparing to launch new services at Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The Romanian airline will introduce flights to Malaga from and Majorca next week, adding to the airport’s Summer 2018 lineup.
Blue Air will fly to Malaga on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Majorca every Wednesday and Saturday.
The Bucharest-headquartered carrier is also increasing its departures to Alicante from three to four times per week.
Tudor Constantinescu, chief commercial officer at Blue Air, said: “As we continue to expand our European network we are grateful for the support shown by our newest and repeat passengers, as well as valued stakeholders and partners here in the UK.
“We are delighted to see these two new routes take off next week and we look forward to inviting you all on board.”
Paul Winfield, LJLA’s director of aviation development, commented: “We are delighted to see Blue Air increase its services from Liverpool John Lennon Airport with the addition of new destinations to Malaga and Majorca as well as the addition of a fourth weekly service to Alicante.”
LJLA closed 2017 with 34 new route announcements.
