Ecommerce business with high street ambitions launches in Manchester
A new online platform selling art, photography and other handmade gifts by creators in Greater Manchester has launched.
Uniquely Manchester showcases collections ranging from fused glass art and ceramic bees to Manchester-themed retro posters, aromatherapy candles and craft chocolates.
Many of the pieces available will feature imagery of the city’s famous faces and places.
North Manchester-based entrepreneur Neil Ayers is the man behind the concept.
He hopes to eventually bring Uniquely Manchester to the city centre high street.
Neil said: “There’s some amazing talent in Greater Manchester and the initial idea was to open a shop to showcase this in the city centre.
“It’s important we find the right location, so in the meantime we’ve launched Uniquely Manchester online.”
