Sale development scoops another award for Altin Homes
Altrincham-based property development company, Altin Homes, has scooped another prestigious award for its development, The Place on Northenden Road, Sale.
The latest accolade was awarded at The Grafters Awards 2018 which celebrate the very best companies in construction and property in the North West.
At the awards ceremony in Manchester, The Place was named as winner of the Project of the Year (between £5m and £10m). The award was made to Altin Homes alongside project architects, Calderpeel and landscape architects, Barnes Walker.
The Grafters win for The Place follows a United Kingdom Property Award and two What House? awards for Best House and Best Development.
Speaking about this latest award win, Yousef Mousavi, design director of Altin Homes said, “It is a real honour to receive this award.
“When we designed this development, we knew we had something special and I know that the teams at Calderpeel and Barnes Walker share our real sense of achievement.
“We are constantly looking to push the boundaries in design to create beautiful living spaces and it is great to have our work recognised.”
