durhamlane bags contract renewal with international HR firm
Sales performance and transformation consultancy, durhamlane has won a renewal project with global HR technology provider, SpiraLinks.
The contract renewal means durhamlane will continue to drive demand and business development for SpiraLinks’ across the UK, Europe and North America.
SpiraLinks improves organisations’ compensation planning and total rewards process through software, providing global visibility on employee compensation, reward spend and compensation modelling.
Lee Durham, co-founder and managing partner of durhamlane, said: “We’re delighted that SpiraLinks has asked durhamlane to continue to act as an extension of its team, helping to drive demand and build a sales pipeline.

Outsourced Business Development is the most popular service line of durhamlane, accounting for almost 70 per cent of the company’s revenue.
However, order intake for durhamlane’s training services has increased by 28 per cent year-on-year and 77 per cent for recruitment.
