Work starts on new £7m residential scheme in Pudsey
Site preparation work has now commenced on a £7m residential scheme close to Pudsey town centre.
South Side Ridge is the latest development from Advent Developments and will comprise 12 four/five bedroom family homes complete with gardens, garages and parking.
The first properties are due for completion by summer 2019.
The main building contracts works are being undertaken by Wetherby-based Keepsake Construction.
Tim Reeve, Advent Developments’ managing director, said: “We are looking forward to creating a unique contemporary development of individually designed family homes which reflect our passion for superb design in architecture.”
The site on the B6154 Pudsey Road also benefits from views of Post Hill, the designated Leeds Nature Area which extends to nearly 70-acres and forms part of the West Leeds Country Park.
Mr Reeve added: “We have received a good number of enquiries which reflects the fact that the houses are significantly more spacious than anything else currently on the market in West Leeds.”
Advent Developments specialises in both new build and regeneration schemes and has worked extensively across West and North Yorkshire.
