Interserve secures £2.5m contract with London's Instant Group
Interserve, the international support services and construction group, has won a £2.5m facilities contract with flexible offices provider, The Instant Group.
The two-year partnership covers 13 of Instant’s flexible workspaces across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Interserve will consolidate services across the workspaces to bring consistency and deliver the high-quality experience Instant’s customers expect.
It will provide cleaning services, including window cleaning, pest control and washroom hygiene and consumables.
This win builds on the long and successful relationship between the companies which began in 2010.
Jeff Flanagan, managing director, commercial at Interserve: “Instant takes the pain out of finding flexible, high-quality workspaces so that its customers can concentrate on doing what they do best.
“Having a facilities partner who can seamlessly fit into this model, to provide the first-rate experience that its clients demand is vital to the company’s offer.
“Over the past seven years we’ve developed valuable insight into Instant’s business, and I’m confident that we’ll continue to deliver a tailored and responsive service that supports its commercial offer and the needs of its customers.”
Matt Turner, supply chain director at the Instant Group, added: “Offering a seamless working environment to our customers is our priority. Interserve has proven that it has both capability and scale to support this across the UK and we look forward to growing our relationship with them.”
