Law firm signals ‘long term commitment’ to Manchester with new Deansgate office
North West law firm Farleys Solicitors is moving its Manchester team to a bigger office.
In response to an increasing demand for its services in the city, the company will relocate to the Grade II-listed 196 Deansgate.
Farleys secured 4,500 sq ft on the second floor of the building on a 10-year lease.
The company said the move comes on the back of more than a decade of growth in the city, following the launch of a satellite office at Parsonage Gardens 12 years ago.
Ian Liddle, partner at Farleys, commented: “The move to larger premises is testament to our firm’s overall growth to date and our long term commitment to our staff, our clients and Manchester.
“We look forward to continuing our growing presence alongside Manchester’s thriving business community.”
Farleys will move in August.
The news follows last month’s announcement of a deal to bring Leeds restaurant brand Manahatta to 196 Deansgate.
