Adtrak has an appetite for success with NRBA sponsorship
Leading digital marketing agency, Adtrak has announced that it is the lead sponsor for the massively successful Nottingham Restaurant & Bar Awards (NRBAs) for a second consecutive year.
Adtrak was a key part of the event’s relaunch. As part of its strategic partnership, Adtrak was responsible for the branding, and digital activity – including the website, online voting and social media. The digital communication reached over a million people with almost 50,000 votes across 15 categories.
Keen to maximise the success of last year’s awards and support the initiative Adtrak once again chose to be a lead sponsor for the event, which will take place at Colwick Hall Hotel on Thursday 31st January 2019.
Chris Robinson, Managing Director at Adtrak said: “Nottingham is alive with a thriving restaurant and bar scene with a variety of award-winning establishments on our doorstep. The NRBAs recognises these incredible places and it has fast become an important date on Nottingham’s calendar.
“By becoming lead sponsors again, we will be able to build on our developing relationships in the hospitality sector while supporting a growing industry across the region. We are proud to be a vital part of the event.”
In addition to the event in January 2019, a launch event will also be held to kick off a one-month long public vote, on Thursday 6th September at St Mary’s Church in the Lace Market.
Jocelyn Braithwaite from NRBA organisers, Big Table PR, added: “We are, of course, delighted to have Adtrak with us once again. We also welcome returning sponsors, East Midlands property giants FHP, national licensing specialists Poppleston Allen, venue hosts Colwick Hall Hotel, butchers and meat suppliers Owen Taylor and Sons, Public Relations Consultancy Eden PR, and insurance brokers and risk managers Russell Scanlan. “We are engaging with various other organisations to see if we can involve them in this exciting event with a cut-off at the end of June for any new sponsors.”
To ensure cohesion, many of the award categories remain, but to embrace an ever-evolving hospitality scene, new and exciting categories will also be included this year. These changes will be ongoing ensuring inclusivity of as many of the regions restaurants, bars, pubs and gastro pubs as well as the many talented youngsters that work within that sector.
The dedicated website, www.nrbawards.co.uk, offers the restaurants, bars, pubs and gastro pubs a free marketing platform and the opportunity to engage with each other and the sponsors. The complimentary online directory, blog and social media are other useful tools that continue to benefit the venues and those that visit and engage with the site.
