The SRM Alumni Summer Party

The Security & Risk Management (SRM) Alumni is a professional networking group for graduates of the Security & Risk Management Consultants (SRMC) Course, Guest speakers from the faculty, university lecturers in this field, associates of the programme, key stakeholders and those in the Security Industry or related sectors.

This is a not for profit, free to join organisation. We run around 3/4 sponsored networking events (nationwide) per year, which provide a platform for discussion, idea sharing, signposting for opportunity, business development and relationship building with likeminded individuals from both the public and private security and risk management sectors.

The Alumni network has grown from strength to strength over the last 3 years and attracts the very best from the academic world, practitioners deployed in the field, operations managers and directors/heads from some of the world’s largest companies from across the industry. 

It is very much your alumni and as with all professional networking groups, if you invest the time to learn about each other’s expertise, backgrounds and experience then the mutual rewards are endless.

The NEXT SRM Alumni Networking evening will be our SUMMER PARTY (open to all), which will be taking place at ‘Under the Bridge’ - Chelsea Football Club, London on Wednesday 4th July 2018. It is here that we have the pleasure of welcoming The World’s Greatest Theatrical Daredevil and Escapologist Jonathan Goodwin to the stage. Along with a couple of other surprise guests, Jonathan is our entertainment for the evening. He will be performing several ‘live’ acts/stunts on stage from Acid Juggling to Knife Throwing, the Table of Death act to his infamous Crossbow stunt and looking at the rest of his format for the night, we will NOT be disappointed. Jonathan will be due to appear on stage at around 9pm.

We kindly ask Guests to arrive promptly at around 7-7.30pm where between that time and 9pm you will have the opportunity to ‘hit the bar’ (remember all Beers/Wines & Soft Drinks are inclusive for 4hrs), grab some food from the ‘Bowl food’ selection (also included in your ticket price) and listen to the welcome speech from a member of the SRM Alumni team. Also, during this time, you will have the chance to Network amongst like-minded individuals from the Security Industry and many surrounding sectors. Once the Inclusive 4 hours is up, there will be normal bar service available offering any drink that may take your fancy.

Once the main entertainment (JG) has finished his spectacle, a DJ will hit the decks and provide an eclectic mix of music enabling us to dance the night away until close at 12:30am. Doors to close at 1am.

The Dress Code for the evening is Smart Dress (no trainers).
