Comms agency Onyx Health targets growth beyond North East
Healthcare marketing and PR agency Onyx Health is looking to expand its footprint outside the North East.
The Newcastle-headquartered company has joined Bionow, a member organisation set up to help Northern businesses in the science, pharma and healthcare sectors unlock growth.
Onyx said it already has several clients in the North West, including healthcare diagnostics firm Zilico, but now wants to connect with more businesses outside its home region.
As a first step, Onyx is set to meet other Bionow members at the 2018 BioFocus Conference in Newcastle next week.
Karen Winterhalter, director at Onyx Health, said: “We work alongside clients to understand what they need to say and who they need to say it to, helping them to overcome market barriers and generate sales.”
The company is on a mission to grow its slice of the UK life sciences sector, which comprises more than 4,500 businesses – over 1,000 of which are spread across the North.
