ProtectMyProperty.co.uk launches new fleet of vans
ProtectMyProperty.co.uk, one of the country’s leading experts in security for home and business, has launched a new £1m fleet of state-of-the-art vans for its engineers who provide 24/7 emergency cover to property owners nationwide.
The investment follows a major growth period that saw the company almost double its engineering workforce in the last 24 months as it extends its services to business customers.
ProtectMyProperty.co.uk has its roots in the residential market, with a heritage of installing British Gas systems and is now branching out into commercial markets. It installs, monitors and maintains fully-integrated integrated security systems using CCTV, access systems and intruder alarms, offering emergency police or keyholder response. Recent account wins include blue-chip clients from the energy and new homes sectors. It is also the largest provider of locksmith services to the utility industry.
The company, which has its head office in Newcastle upon Tyne, is also developing connected Smart security solutions to ensure customers stay safe and secure and are able to keep an eye on their property remotely.
Head of ProtectMyProperty.co.uk, Sven Siddle said:
“The new vans are a major investment, equipping our own Academy-trained engineers with everything they need for on-the-spot emergency repairs and maintenance. It also allows them to survey, quote and install security systems of any size or complexity inside and outside the premises. They are also safer and more carbon-efficient.”
The company has installed 100,000 alarm systems to date and has ambitious plans to expand into the retail, charities and hotels sectors, as well as continuing to grow its residential customers.
ProtectMyProperty.co.uk is part of M Group Services, a leading service provider to the regulated infrastructure markets in the UK and Ireland through its utilities, transport, telecom and data divisions.
