Leeds marketing agency Home sets sights on growth following acquisition
Marketing agency Home has announced its acquisition of fusion learning, a global brand and innovation consultancy.
The deal is part of the Leeds-based firm’s mission to create an end-to-end service for clients across the entire brand experience – from business and brand strategy to cutting-edge marketing delivery.
For fusion, having access to Home’s creative and marketing offer will allow it to activate campaigns directly to consumers.
fusion will continue operating under the same name. The firm has offices in Leeds and Sydney, and staff on the ground in India and Canada, with a client portfolio that includes brewery Molson Coors and food giant Nestle.
Home Group chairman Dave Sewards said: “We’re thrilled to welcome fusion learning to Home.
“We believe we now have a great opportunity to take advantage of the changing marketing landscape by getting more strategic with our clients at a higher level and by blending creativity, data, insight and technology to have a genuine and sustained impact on the growth of their brands.”
Nina Aggarwal, Myles Ritson and Patrick Tully will all retain their respective posts of global managing director, CEO and MD of APAC at fusion. Dave Sewards and founding partner Rich Marson have joined the board.
Nina Aggarwal commented: “We couldn’t be happier to be a part of The Home Group and are excited for our clients who will benefit from the creative and marketing expertise this now allows us to offer.
“Home’s culture and values are very close to ours, so we believe this relationship will bring a real benefit to those who work with us and whom we work for.”
The staff based at fusion learning’s Leeds office have relocated to Home’s Roundhay HQ.
