Estate agency portal Triplerr in six-figure crowdfund ahead of London launch

Digital estate agency portal Triplerr has embarked on a crowdfunding drive ahead of its launch in the capital.

The company has today (July 9) set up a campaign on funding platform Seedrs, where it is looking to raise £750,006 from investors.

Already operational in Dubai and New York, Triplerr now plans to go live in London and help UK estate agents fill properties.

The firm offers a free-to-list, consumer-facing property portal at TheMove.com, backed by a remote fleet of ‘super agents’ who can call and qualify enquiries within five minutes.

Sam Singh, founder and CEO of Triplerr, said: “Having proven [our ] technology works in the New York and Dubai we are now incredibly excited to bring it to the UK market.”

Triplerr super agents qualify property seekers by asking them a series of questions about their requirements. The call is recorded and the information is matched – using a proprietary algorithm – to estate agents with properties matching the search criteria.

Matched estate agents get an alert on their Triplerr app and can listen, review and choose whether to buy the ‘voice lead’.

Speaking further, Sam commented: “The ‘voice lead’ concept we’ve invented more than doubles the amount of information gathered by online property search portals, to help agents follow up with the customers they’re most able to help with their search.”

Baroness Kate Rock MP, board director at Triplerr, said: “The property sector is changing fast with ever evolving technology, enabling it to diversify and grow.

“Triplerr is a forward-thinking and dynamic business and I am pleased to be involved at this exciting time in its development.”
