McLintocks Chartered Accountants & Business Advisors Announce Trio of Promotions in North West

McLintocks Chartered Accountants & Business Advisors has announced the promotion of three employees in its Chester office as part of ongoing company expansion.

The firm has seen Lynsey Jenkins promoted to Associate Director, Stephanie Saunders promoted to Audit Manager and Kate Williams promoted to the role of Accounts Manager.

As one of the largest independent accountancy firms in the North West, McLintocks offers astute and practical advice to businesses throughout Chester, the Wirral and North Wales and employs almost 70 staff across all three branches.

CEO of McLintocks Chartered Accountants & Business Advisors Mike Caputo said: “We are delighted to announce three promotions within our Chester branch and look forward to sharing the news with our clients and the business community alike. These promotions are thoroughly deserved with each employee bringing a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the firm which will continue as they take up their new roles this summer.

“We recognised the talent and dedication within the team and it seemed only fitting that these key members of staff were given the opportunity to progress within their careers when the positions became available. We are incredibly dedicated to supporting our employees and pride ourselves on offering a supportive and nurturing environment that we hope will see staff members continuously learning and developing their skills within the firm for many years to come.”

The team deals with all aspects of accountancy, audit, business advisory and tax planning services, and offer a range of businesses with incisive, confidential and straightforward advice which has led to a solid client base that includes individuals, small to medium sized businesses, charities, schools and large corporate organisations.

Lynsey’s promotion to Associate Tax Director comes after she achieved the highly esteemed STEPS membership earlier this year, in addition to her qualifications as certified chartered accountant and chartered tax associate. Counting TV and sports personalities amongst her clients, she was instrumental in helping develop a very highly regarded tax department within the firm. Stephanie joined the company as an Accountancy and Finance graduate and has since qualified as a chartered accountant specialising in charity and commercial audits, while Kate also qualified with the firm as a chartered accountant in 2017 and as part of her role looks after management accounts and provides advice to a very wide variety of clients including charities, limited companies, groups and partnerships.

Mike added: “Based on the experience and the proven track record that each of these members of staff have demonstrated in their time here, we are incredibly confident that they will each flourish in their new roles and play an integral part of the businesses continued success in the coming years.”
