H&M Group to establish & Other Stories brand in Liverpool
H&M Group has revealed plans to establish its & Other Stories brand in Liverpool.
The company signed a deal with property giant Grosvenor Europe to open an & Other Stories shop at Liverpool ONE.
The store, set to occupy a unit on the upper level of South John Street, will have around 5,500 sq ft of retail space.
& Other Stories sells accessories, bags, jewellery, beauty, shoes and other fashion products.
It is the latest in a string of H&M Group brands to announce expansion plans at Liverpool ONE in recent months.
Both Arket and COS have selected the retail and leisure complex for flagship stores.
Sanna Lindberg, managing director of & Other Stories, said: “We’re very happy to expand our presence in the UK and become part of the inspiring and creative atmosphere of Liverpool.
“We can’t wait to get to know more of our Liverpool fashion-loving customers.”
Alison Clegg, director for asset management at Grosvenor Europe, commented: “& Other Stories is the latest leading international brand to join Liverpool ONE.
“Along with other recent additions and our existing offer, we have a line-up of premium aspirational brands that is unique outside central London.”
Advisory firms Cushman & Wakefield and Metis Real Estate Advisors represented Liverpool ONE in the deal, while & Other Stories dealt direct.
