Plumlife Homes appoints Head of Sales and Marketing
Award-winning Plumlife Homes has named Peter Harrison as its new Head of Sales and Marketing.
Peter brings over 30 years of experience from working in the residential market from estate agency to delivering new build sales.
Plumlife Homes is part of Great Places Housing Group which has been offering affordable, high quality homes for over 20 years across the North West and Yorkshire. Joining from Equity Housing Group, Peter will lead the 15-strong sales team at Plumlife to deliver and sell shared ownership homes.
He will also work closely with Cube Great Places, the private sector arm of Great Places Housing Group on schemes such as the recently launched Arkwright Place. The 131 two, three and four bedroom detached and semi-detached homes at Arkwright Place, just off Melland Road in Gorton, Manchester, are being sold by Plumlife on behalf of Cube Great Places, and are for outright sale and shared ownership. The £21million landmark scheme is Cube’s biggest to date.
Speaking on his appointment, Peter said: “Great Places Housing Group is an exceptional organisation and the Plumlife sales team is second-to-none. I’m really looking forward to building on the excellent reputation the Plumlife brand has within the market and helping buyers to achieve their dream of owning a home. We have some superb developments, and even more in the pipeline which I’m excited to be able to share news about in coming months.”
