Marco Pierre White helps launch new summer menu at his Steakhouse Bar and Grill Liverpool
Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar and Grill Liverpool launched its new summer menu in style, with the man himself, Mr Pierre White, visiting the Chapel Street restaurant for a glamorous lunch event.
Located inside Hotel Indigo - the restaurant’s sumptuous, summer offering sees the introduction of new sizzling seasonal specials. Say hello to summer with starters of crispy shredded duck salad or avocado and crab cocktail, mains of new season lamb skewers with fresh mint pesto or young burrata cheese panzanella salad, and indulgent deserts including Marco’s summer pudding with fresh cream, sparkling wine poached English strawberries with set sweet vanilla cream and lemon and basil posset with short bread.
And that’s not all! Alternatively, guests can dine from the a la carte menu and receive 40% off their food bill (available 5pm-7pm daily, until July 31, 2018).
Sarah Turner, general manager, Hotel Indigo Liverpool, said:
“It was great to have Marco with us at the restaurant to launch the new summer menu - he chatted with guests, who were all very impressed with the food being served up. As with all of our menus, Marco has created a smörgåsbord of dishes that really encapsulates the spirit of the season. We are also very fortunate to have two outside terraces here at the hotel - one which looks out toward the iconic Royal Liver Building - the perfect setting for some summer al-fresco.”
