Chester based recruitment start-up supported by fellow Chester business
Chester based invoice finance company, Zodeq, are celebrating a new client win as they bring on board fellow Chester based recruitment start-up Rotheram Carrington Financial Recruitment (RCFR).
Established earlier this year, Rotheram Carrington Financial Recruitment was set up by Managing Director, Sarah Rotheram; it is run by Sarah and Associate Director Amy Knowles, both of whom have extensive experience of working with large multi-national recruitment organisations.
Specialising in the senior finance, accounting and finance, as well as office support markets, RCFR place both temporary and permanent professionals across the commerce and industry, as well as the not for profit sector.
RCFR benefits from an astounding amount of experience and expertise in the recruitment sector, as well as a strong network of clients and candidates. With the business already off to a strong start, Directors Sarah and Amy sought to source an appropriate finance solution to support their business.
Following a recommendation from a current client of theirs, Zodeq were introduced to RCFR. Zodeq supports businesses with finance and back office support solutions, with particular expertise in the recruitment sector, therefore they made the ideal option for RCFR.
Following a comprehensive audit on the business’ requirements, Zodeq implemented a finance solution within RCFR that has been designed to support the fledgling recruitment business to establish itself within the industry and ensure appropriate resources are in place to encourage growth.
Sarah Rotheram, Managing Director at Rotheram Carrington Financial Recruitment, said of Zodeq’s work, “They have been extremely efficient and saved me a lot of hassle when it comes to payroll. In terms of customer service, they are brilliant at getting onto things straightaway so that problems are solved quickly.”
Paul Cooney, Managing Director at Zodeq, discusses the partnership between the two businesses, “It is always special to work with a fellow Chester business, as we want to be able to support and grow the local economy through our services. In meeting Sarah and Amy and learning more about their extensive experience in the recruitment industry, I am confident in saying that their business will be a success, and the entire team
