RHCV remains in driving seat

Following a tremendous year of award wins and huge success, RH Commercial Vehicles (RHCV) has proven that it is leading the charge, after being recognised as the UK’s top performing dealer in Renault Trucks’ Retail Excellence Club.

Taking into consideration 210 Renault Trucks dealers from across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, the Retail Excellence Club rewards the best dealers every year on a global scale by taking into account customer dedication and first-class performance.

This year’s event in Annecy, France saw just 28 dealers awarded for its contribution to the commercial vehicle sector. This placed RHCV in the top 13% of best performing Renault Trucks dealers in the world and in the coveted position of number one in the UK for its outstanding performance against new truck and van targets as well as parts and aftermarket performance.

The accolade follows a fantastic few months for the East Midlands dealer which has sites in Nottingham, Leicestershire and Derbyshire and recently acquired a fourth site in Northampton. Celebrating its 40th year of business, RHCV was awarded Aftersales Dealer of the Year as well as Sales Dealer of the Year and Dealer of the Year for the second year running at the Renault Trucks Dealer Awards.

Nigel Baxter, Managing Director at RH Commercial Vehicles represented RHCV at the Retail Excellence Club event. He said: “It was a not only a great honour to attend the event in France with other delegates but to be recognised as one of the top performing Renault Trucks dealers across the globe was an incredibly proud moment for me and the team.

“RHCV has had a fantastic 12 months. Just last month we acquired a fourth site in Northampton helping us to expand our reach and provide customers with a better, dedicated service while our team’s dedication to going the extra mile for customers has seen RHCV placed as one of the leading dealers in the East Midlands and the UK. I would like to thank everyone for their continued support and hard work, which has made winning this fantastic accolade possible.”

RHCV employs 110 staff and sell, leases, services and repairs heavy (HGV) and light commercial (LCV) vehicles across the East Midlands.
