Peritus Corporate Finance refinances GBP21.5m residential investment portfolio
Peritus Corporate Finance is delighted to announce the completion of the refinance of a residential investment portfolio with a total facility of over £21.5 million. The properties include the iconic Hoover Building and a Church conversion in Kew amongst other purpose-built apartments in and around London. The assets are managed by IDM Properties. The senior debt was provided by Secure Trust Bank and was managed through its office in Moorgate, London. Peritus Corporate Finance acted for the borrower alongside Stepien Lake’s real estate team. Steven Oliver from Peritus commented, “We are delighted to have brought this refinancing to a successful conclusion and we have been impressed with the speed and commercial approach taken by the Lender.“ Andrew Curtis, CEO of IDM Properties commented, “I would like to thank both Secure Trust Bank and Peritus for their hard work in completing this transaction.
