‘Significant’ deal signed on 33,000 sq ft warehouse at Leeds’ Ravens Park
Property consultancy firm Dove Haigh Phillips (DHP) has brokered a “significant” deal at Ravens Park in Leeds.
DHP let a 33,068 sq ft detached warehouse at the scheme to Specialist Tiling Supplies Ltd, on behalf of a London-based private industrial property fund.
Specialist Tiling Supplies secured the space, located at Coal Road near the A6120 Leeds Outer Ring Road, on a 10-year lease.
The company is relocating to the development from from Stanningley and Pudsey.
Sarah-Jayne Lishman of Leeds-based DHP said: “This is a significant deal, underlining the quality of the warehouse with its large secure yard and its excellent location. There is parking for 60 vehicles, together with internal offices.
“This is also an important consultancy for us, as it underlines the fact that we are very much involved in the day-to-day commercial property letting market, as well as providing advice and expertise on large-scale developments.”
She added: “We have a dedicated lettings team, which specialises in commercial agency and the sub 35,000 sq ft industrial property market, all of which are gaining momentum in Yorkshire.”
The Leeds office of JLL is a joint marketing agency on Ravens Park.
