Honest Burgers eatery expands Southbank offerings with CDG Leisure
Popular fast food chain, Honest Burgers is expanding its London operations with the help of CDG Leisure.
The advisory firm has secured a 1,000 sq ft unit at the site of the current Southwark Tandoori restaurant, on The Cut, in Waterloo.
This is set to be the chain’s second Southbank location and its 27th site in the UK, having just expanded regionally into Bristol.
Sammy Weinbaum, who works for CDG Leisure and brokered the deal, said: “This is a great outcome for Honest Burgers, which is going from strength to strength, having just opened its first site outside of the capital.
“The Waterloo restaurant is in a vibrant part of London and is sure to make a great addition to the quality dining options on offer.”
Established in 2012, Honest Burgers rapidly gained a following for its use of the finest British produce and exciting, original takes on the traditional burger.
The restaurant is also known for its limited-edition guest burgers, as well as collaborations with independent producers to create location-specific specials and beer from local breweries.
