DS.Emotion to create purpose and community in trio of pioneering new property business wins
Award-winning branding, Placemaking and digital marketing agency, DS.Emotion, has secured three new property business wins in a number of locations in the North of England.
As part of the wider Smithfield project in Stoke-on-Trent, DS.Emotion in partnership with property and regeneration developers, Genr8, has been tasked with the branding and marketing proposal for the latest stage of the development - the creation of 277 apartments - the largest single apartment development in Stoke-on-Trent.
Smithfield’s residential offering will create real homes for real people in the expanding buy-to-rent residential sector. The development of Smithfield, since 2013 has represented the regeneration of the city centre and wider Stoke-on-Trent community.
DS.Emotion’s remit has been to present Stoke-on-Trent as a benchmark for city-centre living in the midlands and wider sub-city category, whilst keeping community at its core and positioning the city as a place for business, leisure and living. The scheme will deliver a number of contemporary and high quality apartments designed to reflect Stoke, its history and it’s future.
At the heart of this initiative is a desire for authenticity and quality whilst also keeping Stoke’s DNA integral to the end result.
In another residential capacity, DS.Emotion is working with Sefton Council to create a unique brand for its new commercial housing development venture. The goal has been to create a genuine and trusted brand that provides homes for life for the community in mind.
DS.Emotion has carried out their signature active branding workshop to realise the council’s objective of providing quality, timeless, ethical and sustainable living space in a bold fashion.
Completing DS.Emotion’s trio of wins, Pall Mall is the latest addition to Liverpool’s expanding office offering and DS.Emotion will play a pivotal role in creating a thriving new business district.
Pall Mal will demonstrate Liverpool’s capacity to provide high quality office-led developments that caters to the needs of the professional urban population - and will rival the likes of existing schemes in Manchester and Leeds. Pall Mall will put health and wellbeing at the forefront of its new working environment with a new landscaped green public square - Bixteth Gardens, the centre piece of this new public realm.
DS.Emotion will work holistically across the entire Pall Mall project, utilising their innovative placemaking expertise to implement everything from stakeholder and community engagement through to strategy, delivery and cultural partnerships.
All three new property account wins represent the demand for well-designed, imaginative urban planning, public realm and place branding in the North of England.
