Site manager James Bannister oversees Barratt’s new Boverton development
Barratt Homes has appointed James Bannister as site manager for its Sycamore Chase development - a brand new community of 65 homes in Boverton, in the Vale of Glamorgan.
James joined Barratt in 2015 on the accelerated graduate scheme and was promoted to assistant site manager a year later and is now taking charge of the new development as site manager.
He is overseeing construction of three and four bedroom homes from the five star housebuilder with sales due to start in the Autumn.
Barratt sales director Richard Lawson added: “We think very carefully when appointing site managers for our new developments because they are crucial to the success of these important new communities.
“James has the skills and experience to deliver homes of the quality our buyers have come to expect from us. I look forward to watching this impressive new development take shape over the coming months.”
Sycamore Chase, on the outskirts of St Athan, benefits from a rural location but with easy access to Barry, Cardiff and further afield.
