Automotive firm sponsor Huddersfield Town’s training kit
Mirfield based SS Components Ltd will feature on the Huddersfield Town training kit for the premier league 2018/19 season.
The SS Components logo is presented across both sleeves of the training strip, which is worn by the team during training, and by the Manager, David Wagner, in pre-match interviews.
SS Components is an award-winning supplier of second-hand vehicle components to the re-manufacturing industry. They procure vehicle components globally, classify and stock hold them until their customers require them. Their impressive portfolio of customers and shipping destinations includes Europe, America and Asia.
Managing Director, John Smith, has supported the Club all his life and has built a strong relationship with the Club over the past 10 years. For the first time, he has joined the Huddersfield Hundred as part of the new sponsorship deal. Talks of the sponsorship began after last year’s season ended, seeing new partners SS Components come on board. Huddersfield Town have maintained their Premier League presence after their promotion last season. John Smith commented:
“I am delighted to now be an official partner of the Club. Looking at it from a supporter’s perspective, I couldn’t be happier with how the Club has developed since Dean Hoyle took over and continues to go from strength to strength. The whole team on and off the pitch are together and this has become more evident in our discussions. I am looking forward to another new season in the Premier League supporting the Terriers.”
Huddersfield Town’s Commercial Manager, John Williams, added: “I’m thrilled to welcome SS Components as part of the Huddersfield Hundred. They are an established local business and lifelong supporters of the Club. You will see their brand more over the course of the season and I look forward to working with them over the next 12 months.”
