Toast PR score with Football Further brief
Football agent Sam Stapleton has teamed up with Toast PR to promote his new digital venture nationwide.
The well regarded football agent, based in Manchester, has set up an online educational course called Football Further, to inspire others who fancy standing in his shoes and give them the chance to learn all the tricks of the trade.
And he’s chosen Manchester-based Toast to deliver a national launch PR campaign strategy due to their impressive sports credentials.
Toast previously co-ordinated the PR around David Beckham’s flight on Vistajet, ahead of FIFA’s World Cup bid, securing strong credible national press coverage and plaudits. The agency also promoted former City player, Joleon Lescott’s clothing range and handled all consumer PR for England Rugby Star Jonny Wilkinson’s Fineside clothing range.
And most recently, the team has bagged a contract working with sports specialists and law firm Brandsmiths, whose clients include Robertos Carlos and boxer David Haye.
Managing director, Julia Mitchell said: “We’re thrilled to be working with Sam on this campaign, especially after such a great World Cup run.
“I’m really proud that yet again, Toast has proven itself as a reputable company to help promote and manage the public and media relations for an up and coming new business coming out of Manchester.
We love a PR brief that gives us the chance to show off our PR skills in a fast moving industry and football certainly ticks all the boxes there.
Match of the Day will become mandatory homework for the Toast team next season and that can’t be a bad thing!“
