Hut Group brief in the bag for TSK
Workplace consultancy, TSK, has been appointed to deliver The Hut Group’s (THG) new 16 040 sq. ft workspace at MediaCityUK’s landmark Orange Tower.
THG will create 200 new jobs in Salford, basing its highly skilled Technology team at the Orange Building, MediaCityUK.
The project is TSK’s third within the Orange Building in the last twelve months as the building reaches full occupancy. This latest announcement follows the delivery of workplace design and fitouts for Kellogg’s and JTI across five floors over an area in excess of 80,000 sq. ft within Orange Tower. Scott Langshaw, Account Director at TSK said: “We’re delighted to be delivering this workspace for The Hut Group in our neighbourhood as the business joins other industry leaders and our clients Kellogg’s and JTI.
“We’ve been working really closely with The Hut Group team to fully understand the business and collaborating to ensure the finished space reflects their needs.
“The fast track project has been running smoothly and all is on target for a successful handover later in September. This is testament to TSK’s passion and commitment in building fantastic relationships with clients and delivering effective workspaces to enhance businesses.”
The Orange Building is one of MediaCity’s most prominent office locations - with a waterfront position, expansive floorplates and impressive views.
