Telemarketing startup arrives at Darlington’s Business Central
A marketing startup in County Durham has expanded into its first office.
Red Button Marketing, founded last year by entrepreneur Margaret Bradshaw, is hoping to unlock growth with a new base at Business Central in Darlington.
Previously operated from home, the business is now located at the centre’s co-working lounge, where it will provide telemarketing services and telemarketing training.
Owner Margaret was formerly marketing manager at Darlington accountancy firm Clive Owen LLP.
She said: “The move to Business Central provides a great opportunity for me to collaborate with other businesses on-site.
“There’s a great atmosphere in the building and I’m looking forward to connecting with the community.”
She added: “It’s important for me to meet other businesses and grow my connections. Being a passionate telemarketer I’m very much a people person and I love connecting companies together and winning my clients new business as part of the services I provide.”
Speaking further, Margaret said she also plans to host events offering a “teaser about an innovative, technology-led methodology that will help businesses co-ordinate and track all of their marketing activity in one place”.
Business Central centre manager Vanessa Wood said she is “delighted” Red Button Marketing has joined the building’s co-working lounge, adding: “She is clearly very focussed and has an entrepreneurial mindset. I’m looking forward to seeing how she progresses.”
