Raw Bake Station, creators of gluten-free, dairy free, vegan, sugar-free and therefore guilt-free, sweet treats, has renewed its lease at 256A Stockport Road. It has agreed a new three year lease on the 500 sq ft ground floor food preparation unit at £6,000 per annum.
Established insurance and investment advisers Stockton & Evans has renewed its lease at 256B, Stockport Road. It has agreed a new 3 year lease on the 500 sq ft ground floor offices at £6,500 per annum.
Regional Property Solutions manage the property on behalf of the landlord Taylor Anderson and acted on its behalf in the lease renewals.
