Healthier Recruitment crowned Niche Recruitment Firm of the Year
Specialist consultancy, Healthier Recruitment, has been recognised by leading corporate news magazine, ACQ, as the UK’s Niche Recruitment Firm of the Year.
The firm specialises in permanent and fixed term contract introductions for middle, senior and executive roles within both private healthcare organisations and the NHS. It is celebrating beating off stiff competition to take home the award following a legitimately independent nomination process which is based on both quantitative and qualitative data.
Since 2006 the ACQ Global Awards have been celebrating achievement, innovation and brilliance in its annual program, taking the ultimate step in the search for the most outstanding organisations and professionals across the globe.
In response, Margo Leftly, Co-Managing Director of Healthier Recruitment, commented:
“To be recognised alongside leading brands including KPMG, RBS and EY at this year’s ACQ Awards is absolutely phenomenal. The fact that we have been independently nominated is testament to the impact that Healthier Recruitment is having on the market and the amazing work our team is doing to change perceptions and prove that permanent recruitment is possible in healthcare.”
Michael Johnson-Ellis, Co-Managing Director of Healthier Recruitment, added:
“The fact that our clients and candidates have not only taken the time to recommend us, but also rate Heathier Recruitment highly for criteria including ‘professionalism’, ‘experience’ and ‘responsiveness’, is fantastic and I’d like to thank all those who voted. We are working to revolutionise healthcare recruitment and this award proves that our stakeholders recognise the value in our approach.”
