International legal firm expands into new London headquarters with Knight Frank
DAC Beachcroft is to create new global headquarters building at The Walbrook Building.
The firm had five offices in the city in 2011 and this move aims to bring all of its London colleagues together in The Walbrook in spring 2019.
Virginia Clegg, senior partner, said: “This is a very exciting moment in the life of DAC Beachcroft.
“The investment we are making in this move underlines our position as an international law firm with a market leading presence in the insurance, health and real estate sectors complemented by our rapidly growing Business Advisory Group.
“It will deliver an environment that reflects our brand and our ambitions.”
There is said to be an increasing demand for the firm’s services, whilst it has seen an 11 per cent revenue growth and a 21 per cent growth in profit.
Knight Frank advised DAC Beachcroft.
